Eligible expenses include **purchase of specialized facilities and equipment, as well as the needed construction works**. The call opening is expected in the **first half of 2016**, with an estimated total budget of **EUR 63.5m**. Submission of applications will be ongoing, with funding approval to be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis, subject to a minimum of **80%** **score**.
