The programme structure presented in the Memorandum of Understanding doesn’t seem to open direct funding opportunities for enterprises. Supported **programme areas** are: • Social Dialogue – Decent Work • Local Development and Poverty Reduction • Civil society • Bilateral Funds The total **EEA & Norway Grants** budget allocated to Malta, including the funds for Bilateral Relationship and Technical Assistance and the national co-financing share, amounts to **EUR 8.5 million.** For a complete overview of the EEA & Norway Grants 2014 – 2021, you may have a look at the Blue Book – the document outlining the strategy of this mechanism until 2021.
