Energy efficiency funding for large industrial enterprises | Winnovart

The Ministry of European Funds in Romania has announced the call opening and the calendar for the Operational Programme for Large Infrastructure, Action 6.2 Superior energy efficiency for industrial enterprises: opening on the 15th of July 2016, with start of proposal submissions on the 15th of September 2016 and call closure on 15th of September 2017. The total programme budget has been confirmed at EUR 17.6m.

200,000 EUR grants available for industrial enterprises in Romania to implement monitoring systems for energy consumption, with funding intensities up to 100%. This funding scheme addresses enterprises across the mining and manufacturing industries, with significant annual energy consumptions (over 1,000 tonnes of oil equivalent ¬ 11,630 MWh), looking to invest in complex monitoring systems as a prerequisite for improving their energy efficiency performance.

Eligible expenses include most of the equipment and/ or facilities needed for the implementation of such systems (specialized hardware & software, remote terminal units, data communication systems, master stations, computerized data processing systems, other specialized equipment).
