The deadline for the RO-Energy funding programme, focus area Renewable Energy under the EEA&Norway grants has been extended.

EUR 27.1 million will be available for SMEs and Large enterprises via the Energy Programme in Romania, focus area Renewable Energy. The objective of the Energy Programme is “Less carbon intensive energy and increased security of supply”. The Programme focuses on stimulating and developing the long-term cooperation between Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Romania.

On 20.03.2014, a new funding programme for the private sector was launched in Romania – „Renewable Energy”. The program runs under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009- 2014. Read more
