SME Instrument Update – Submissions for Phase 2 April 2016 cutoff date

EASME has received 969 proposals from 36 countries for Phase 2 cut-off in April 2016. Therefore, there has been an increase in submissions compared to the cut-off date in February 2016.

A number of 216 proposals (20% of the 969 proposals) were submitted for ICT, followed by 116 proposals for Low Carbon & Efficient Energy, 104 proposals for Transport & Smart Mobility and 93 proposals for Nanotechnologies.

Most proposals were received from Italy (145), Spain (143) and the UK (124), which together accounted for 43% of submissions.
