Up to GBP 16 million are available for China-UK collaborative research and innovation projects that address the socio-economic challenges in China regarding health, energy, agri-food and urbanisation. UK businesses can obtain grants of up to GBP 700.000, whilst Chinese partners are eligible for a max. grant of GBP 517.063.

A new funding call under Horizon 2020 was approved for Energy Efficiency projects with a total budget of EUR 194 million for 2016 and 2017. UPDATE: A new funding programme worth EUR 59.7 mil addressing the Romanian ICT sector will be opened in November 2015. SMEs can now apply individually for grants up to approx. EUR 730.000 and funding intensities up to 100%.  Applications can now be submitted from the 2^nd of November 2015 until the 01^st of February 2016.
